Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
For most schools, yes — onboarding fees cover data migration, configuration and staff training. We'll include this clearly in your quote.
Can we start with one module and add others later?
Absolutely. Many customers start with the parent app and core ERP, then add finance, transport or online learning over time.
Do you charge per user or per student?
Pricing is mainly student-based. Admin and teacher accounts are included under reasonable usage limits.
Can Lu-mino integrate with our existing systems?
Yes — for Growth and Enterprise plans we support integrations including payment gateways, payroll exports and SSO.
Is our data secure?
Lu-mino uses role-based access, encrypted connections and structured permissions. Data ownership stays with your school.
Do you support Arabic?
The platform is English-first today, with Arabic interface and RTL support on our roadmap. Communication with families can be in either language.
